18th century reliquary pendant in pink gold 18 karats (750 thousandths). On the one hand, the pendant is decorated with a miniature on velin depicting Saint Jerome praying in front of a cross, a skull in the foreground of the stage. The miniature is protected by a bevelled oval glass. The reverse is made of a chiselled oval nacre plate adorned with a cornaline cabochon on red mulch, disposed at the center of the composition. It forms the heart of Christ, in a radiant motif engraved in the nacre. The medallion is decorated with fine chisels on the slice, this secret element opens laterally by devising the upper part. Ancient Greek reliquary, probably French, dating from the end of the 18th century.
